Return policy and warranty

Return policy

• For any return item you must contact us by email.
• Any faults are to be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the item.
• The return item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included unless advised otherwise
• We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods while in transit, insurance is recommended.
• All items that need to be sent to us for replacements or repair are to be sent at the buyer’s expense and we will return at no extra cost to you.
• Please note that delivery fee is a non-refundable service
• If item has been used or carton has been opened, restock fee would be applied due to the condtion
• If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues.

Warranty

This product comes with a 60 Days Manufacturer's Warranty
If items show symptoms of operation failure, defective or broken (“DOA”, Dead on Arrival Products), please do not hesitate to contact us via email with a full detailed description of the issue.
Replacement products are provided with the same warranty as the returned products.
If an item needs to be returned for warranty,postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense.
We do not accept any item return by COD. The returned postage must be paid entirely by the bidder. You have to contact us before you return anything.

Conditions Of Warranty 

The warranty will not apply in circumstances where:

1. The goods have not been installed, maintained, operated or used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or any other specifications provided with the goods;

 2. damage or defects are caused by deliberate or negligent misuse or abuse, physical alteration, fire, liquid spillage, use of incorrect voltage, power surges or dips, thunderstorm activity, force majeure, or unauthorised repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, corrosive conditions or introduction by other foreign body;

 3. items are lost or stolen;

 4. acts of God including but not limited to earthquakes, cyclones, floods, storm or other severe weather conditions or unusual climatic conditions, efflorescence or performance of paint/coatings applied to the Product or any organism on any Product surface or Product
