Shipping&Picking Up

PICKING UP:

If customer want to pick up the item from warehouse , please bring cash in warehouse. Warehouse open monday to friday 10am-5pm weekends and public holiday close. 23 Cambria Road Keysborough Vic 3173.

SHIPPING:

All items are deliveied by Australia Major courier companies (Australia Post , TNT,  TOLL , Hunter Express) due to the size of carton and customer location.

Shipping would take 2-3 business days for most metro areas within australia. it could be up to 8 business day to some far areas.

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia

Item will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

We do not run delivery business. All delivery would be operated by couriers.

We do not take responsibilty for any damage or lost of items during shipping. Insurance is recommended and available.

By purchasing from TINNAPETS  customer agrees all conditions and terms on this website.

We recommend you purchase $20 insurance as we accept NO liability for goods damaged or lost  while in transit (option). 

Please inform us by email or phone arrange insurance if customer consider that is necessory.
                   
Courier will “leave in safe” as default if customers are not at the delivery address or no one sign for the item. 

Customer can easily get postage quote on each single item page.

Postage is calculated as per set of item by courier. Combined postage is not available except quantity buyer or wholesaler.

The estimated postage cost in the postage calculator is the actual postage we charge.

Customer must choose the postage at first step of checking out and make process go through
